The nursery school ensures that all necessary education is taught to the child. We believe that starting early will help shape the mind of the child positively, which will in turn reflect on the child’s approach to life. In these days of technological development, learning is not complete without computer literacy. Computer knowledge today is no longer a luxury but a necessity.
Going by the trends the definition of illiterate may soon be extended to include anybody who is not computer literate. That is to say, that the importance of computer in our day to day activities cannot be relegated to the background. It has also been observed that the use of computer cut across all spheres of human endeavor and those who are not computer literate will eventually lose out.
This means that they can no longer fit into the main stream of events.
primary objective in teaching Arabic as a Second language at IQRA Islamic school is to enable students to communicate with verbal and written competence in Arabic according to their respective levels.
The student is moved gradually from kindergarten to junior high towards this objective through the four basic language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
The curriculum presents teaching Arabic as a Second language in an integrated manner where all four language skills are systematically integrated.
